Full Membership

To be eligible for Full Membership of the Harbour Green Shore Club (HGSC), you must reside within the boundaries of the HGSC Homeowners Association. (Please see map for Full Membership residential boundaries)

Full Members are entitled to:

Access to all club-bound amenities
(during hours of operation)
Rights to join the HGSC Marina (depending on availability)

Full Members have the privilege to:

Include limited extended family as Associate Members
(Please see Associate Members Guidelines for details)
Bring Guests (Please see Guest Policy for details)

Full Membership is tied to your residence & entitles your household to:

One vote on any concerns and for each elected official
One Board position at any given time

Full Membership fee:

Current annual dues for Full Members is $1,300

New Full Members must purchase a $2,800 Bond to join the club (multiple payment plans available) or acquire the bond through transfer from the previous owner of the home. Bonds may only be transferred from members in good standing.
